Phillips County Courthouse
301 State. Completed in 1913, this Modern Eclecticism limestone structure stands on the town square. Seth Thomas clock works are on display on the first floor, and a stained-glass skylight highlights the second floor. On the southwest corner of the courthouse grounds, a steel beam from the World Trade Center forms a memorial to 9/11.
