Combat Air Museum
7016 SE Forbes (Forbes Field). The museum, inside an air force hangar, features a collection of more than 30 military aircraft that span WWI to the present. Along with a re-creation of a field kitchen and a German POW barracks, you’ll see an aviation art gallery and extensive military aviation artifacts. January-February, daily 12-4:30 p.m.; March-December, Monday-Saturday 9 a.m.-4:30 p.m. and Sunday 12-4:30 p.m. Admission charge.
