Wells Overlook
From 31st, 3 miles south on Iowa (becomes U.S. 59), ¾ mile east on N. 1000, then south up the winding drive to the overlook park. The top of Wells Overlook observation tower provides a wonderful view of Lawrence and the surrounding valley. William Wells generously donated this land to the county in 1971.
