This restaurant was named for “Uncle Jack” Clark, who was raised in Independence and later moved to New York where he became a well-known fashion photographer and Renaissance man. The bar and grill is famous for its succulent aged steaks, hand-breaded fried mushrooms, and bleu cheese dressing.
