Brenda and Chad Herron love making homestyle meals including the Explorer Way chicken-fried steak and the coconut shrimp. Breakfast is all about the fluffy pancakes and breakfast burritos, and lunch might be meatloaf one day and barbacoa tacos the next. No matter what you order on which day, it's all good.
