Mid-America Air Museum
One of the premier aviation museums in the nation, Mid-America features detailed exhibits about the 1943-1945 Liberal Army Air Field (a B-24 Liberator training base). You'll see more than 100 aircraft including military planes, helicopters, home-built planes, modern jets, and a starship. Mid-America is the largest air museum in the state! Tuesday-Saturday 9 a.m.-6 p.m.; Sunday 1-5 p.m. Admission charge.
