Harvey County West Park

From Burrton, 5 miles east on U.S. 50, 3 miles north on Golden Prairie, ¼ mile west on 24, north into the park, and follow the signs to the bait shop. Nearby, a trail begins with a most unusual starting point—a very long, wire-mesh suspension footbridge that extends 168 feet across the fishing lake! After you cross, take a one-mile trail through the woods or just keep going back and forth over the bridge! Equestrian trails and picnic areas are also available in the park.
