Otter Creek Bridge
From Caney, 3¼ miles north on Ave C (turns into Rd 2 north of U.S. 166). It’s a pretty little bridge situated around a slight bend in the road. One of four camelback truss bridges remaining in Kansas, this bridge with a wooden-deck and 122-foot single span was built in 1936 by the WPA. Can you see the five angles on the truss that make it a camelback? (NRHP)
