Entre Nous College
From Beech, 3¾ miles north on K-4, then 3 miles east on E. Howard Barnard established this innovative experimental school, which operated from 1906 to 1912. Among other advancements, he pioneered a school transportation system, visual education, physical education, and starting a library. An old bell on a limestone base marks the site of this progressive college.
