Strawberry Hill Museum (RKHP) and Cultural Center
720 N. 4th. This facility represents the cultural diversity of those who have lived in Kansas City. Housed in an 1887 Queen Anne home (later used as an orphanage), the museum hosts permanent exhibits representing community cultures of Croatia, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Russia, Lithuania, Ukraine, and the Netherlands. Desserts, teas, and more are served in the museum’s tearoom. Reservations required for the tearoom and strongly encouraged for the museum. Saturday-Sunday 12-5 p.m.; tearoom hours, 12-2 p.m., first weekend of the month March-September. Admission charge.
