Sol Miller Building
213 Main. Sol Miller, who founded the Kansas Chief newspaper in 1857, constructed the eastern section of this Italianate building in 1866 for his newspaper office. The remainder of the structure was added in 1868. Miller abandoned the building in 1872 when he moved his paper to Troy.
