110 E. 1st. C.J. Hanson’s dream was having a place where locals and visitors could gather for a cup of coffee or a bite to eat, buy a few groceries, and take home a gift item or two (many made by C.J. and friends). In 2016, after operating for several years in a small house, the mercantile moved into a new red metal building on U.S. 159. It’s a warm, friendly spot, and C.J. and friends will be glad to see you when you stop by. Monday-Tuesday 7 a.m.-5 p.m.; Wednesday-Saturday 7 a.m.-8 p.m.
