1207 Broadway. The Marshall County Historical Society is housed inside the former 1891 brick-faced Romanesque style courthouse. Its columns are polished red granite, and the word “Justice” stands out in terra cotta in the cornices above the second-floor windows. Visit the historic courtroom and the more than 20 display rooms that present the history of area schools, the military, industry, agriculture, trails, and more. Monday-Friday 10 a.m.-4 p.m.; Saturday-Sunday 1-4 p.m. (NRHP)
