Cedar Vale, KS

Cedar Vale Museum

618 Cedar. From 1904 when the L.C. Adam Mercantile opened in this building to when it closed its doors in 1953, this two-story brick structure served the community well. In 1970 the museum claimed it as its home and now it's stocked with community history including miniature replicas of old buildings, early homes, churches, stores, and other buildings that made up early Cedar Vale. Call ahead. (NRHP)
