Pioneer Bluffs
Thanks to the Pioneer Bluffs Foundation you can tour this Flint Hills ranch homesteaded by Charles Rogler in 1859. Self-guided tours take visitors to the 1872 barn, the 1916 granary, the 1915 main barn, the windmill, and the garden. Guided tours of the 1908 Rogler family home also are available. The Pioneer Bluffs Foundation does a tremendous job preserving and restoring this historic ranch and sharing its connection to this tallgrass country. Open most days. Call or email ahead. (NRHP)
