Milford Lake and State Park

From Milford, 4¾ miles south on U.S. 77, 1 mile west on K-57, then west on State Park. The Fishing Capital of Kansas, Milford is the largest man-made lake in the state. Dedicated in 1968, it was authorized by the Flood Control Act of 1954 and was designed for flood control, water supply, and recreation/ wildlife. State park entrance charge.
