Lyon County History Center
Begin your exploration of the county and surrounding area in this former Montgomery Ward store built in 1928. Interactive exhibits showcase the Flint Hills, Veterans Day and the military, American Indians, natural history, immigration, farming, ranching, and transportation. A discovery area for kids encourages little ones to learn about history through investigation and imagination. Tuesday-Saturday 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Admission charge.
