From Kansas in Liberal, 10¾ miles east on U.S. 54, then 1¾ miles north and east on Park and Arkalon Park. Drive under the Mighty Samson of the Cimarron and continue on a sandy road past yucca, sand hill plum trees, sage, and shortgrass prairie—all classic High Plains vegetation.
