Swedish flavors come to life under the care of Chef Shana Everhart in this iconic restaurant that has been a favorite of many for more than 40 years. Start your meal with the Smoked Salmon Plate (capers, dill cream, and rye crisp bread), and for your entree try the Swedish Dinner, a sampling of potato sausage, Swedish meatballs, and dill potatoes. Complete your meal with a lingonberry sundae or ostkaka (a type of cheese cake) with lingonberries. Tastefully prepared American dishes are served too, some with a Swedish twist. Tuesday-Saturday 9 a.m.-9 p.m.; Sunday 9 a.m.-3 p.m.
