Red-Brick Streets of Goodland
The red-brick streets have quite the story. They were laid in 1921 by Jim Brown, an American Indian, who could lay 150 bricks per minute or “as fast as five men could bring him the bricks.” He could lay 36,000 bricks in a day and do it so accurately that no adjustment was needed!
