Legacy Kansas: Munson's Prime & Brookville Hotel
105 E. Lafayette. Chuck and Deanna Munson opened Legacy Kansas in 2022 as a combination of the heritage (and menus) of Abilene's Brookville Hotel and Junction City's Munson's Prime Steak House. Meals are served family-style with a choice between the Brookville's classic fried chicken or beef from the Munson Angus Farms. Reservations strongly recommended. Dinner service Thursday-Sunday 4:30-6:30 p.m.; Lunch service Friday and Sunday 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m.
