Kaw Mission State Historic Site

500 N. Mission. Thirty Kaw Indian boys lived and studied in this historic stone mission from 1851 to 1854. Exhibits help us understand the intersection of white and American Indian cultures and how this area was the longtime home of the Kaws. Wednesday-Saturday 9 a.m.-5 p.m.; Sunday 1-5 p.m. (NRHP)
