Explorers will be happy to know that the chicken-fried steak is made the Explorer Way—fresh meat, hand breaded, and grill fried. Even better, it’s served with real mashed potatoes and gravy. The Chuckwagon takes its name seriously, with a salad bar in a miniature version of a chuckwagon, complete with canvas cover. Monday-Saturday 7 a.m.-8 p.m.; Sunday 7 a.m.-1:30 p.m.
