Astra Arts Festival Murals
Two murals have been painted in recent years as part of the Astra Arts Festival in downtown. Look for the richly colored Dave Loewenstein mural at Laurel and Penn, and the Heidi M. Sallows American flag mural in the 100 block of Penn.
