Outdoor Sculpture
Garden City artist Javier Rivas sculpted Friends and Frogs, a life-sized bronze depicting five children of different ethnicities playing together and trying to catch frogs around a pond. A total of 18 public art pieces can be seen throughout the community including in downtown and the public library.
