They married,settled in Nancy's hometown,Mulvane, and opened thisdestination restaurant in 2005. The genial and elegant chef is passionate about his cuisine. Favorites include Pasta Con Salsiccia (Italian sausage, freshcarrots, spring onions, tomatoes,real cream, and parmesan blended with fettuccine pasta) and an old family recipe, MottolaSugo di Carne, prepared with a meat sauce that cooks for four hours.
