2534 Kestrel. From Oregon (west end of town), 2 miles north on Kestrel. This culinary destination in an appealing country setting is known for its steaks, but you might want to try the Bourbon Glazed Salmon or the prime rib and baby back ribs served on Fridays and Saturdays. A full bar is available. You may make reservations to stay in cabins that overlook the lake and are within a short walking distance of the restaurant. Tuesday-Saturday 5-9 p.m.
