C.L. Hoover Opera House
135 W. 7th. The beautiful 1882 red-brick and limestone opera house with a four-face working clock tower experienced many renovations until it finally closed (as a movie theater) in 1982. With a restoration completed in 2008, this structure once again serves as a state-of-the-art performing and visual arts and civic center. Colorful murals in the lobby feature characters, history, and buildings in early Junction City. (NRHP)
